健康小贴士
寒露为秋季的第五个节气。“九月节, 露气寒冷,将凝结也。秋分前为白露,后为寒露。此时气温更低,露的特征有所变化。故有寒露之名。该时节,南岭以北深感秋意渐浓之凉意,而东北、西北等地,则略感寒意。
代表寓意:由凉转冷。
气候特点:气温下降,南方雨渐趋频繁。
节气养生:寒露时节,正值深秋,凉、燥与自然肃杀之气常让人倍感不适。适逢重阳佳节,可登高远眺,赏秋菊,饮花酒,愉悦心灵。起居上,“寒露脚不露”,保暖腿足,预防感冒和旧疾复发。饮食上以润燥、补益之品为主,缓解凉、燥之不适。
推荐食材:菊花、马蹄、板栗、腊味、白萝卜等。
推荐药膳:菊花马蹄羹、腊味蒸鸡、板栗玉竹沙参排骨汤等。
